Of Sale
Please read the following before placing an order with us:
All
prices are subject to carriage charges and VAT at 17.5% (VAT # 712 7584 32).
New orders will be by 'Pro
Forma' invoice. Any credit facility will be offered at the discretion of DuffKit
Leisurewear. All credit accounts must be settled within 30 days of invoice. If
any special delivery arrangements are required by the customer carriage will be
charged at cost. If goods are not received within ten days from the date of invoice,
you must notify the company in writing otherwise all claims for non delivery will
not be accepted at all. Title of ownership remains with DuffKit until full and
final settlement of relevant invoices. Jerseys sent to be copied for style, colours
etc will be returned with completed order. All prices are subject to VAT except
where marked. All prices are subject to alteration with or without prior notice,
orders are accepted on the basis of prices at date of despatch. All accounts are
overdue for payment 30 days following the date of invoice thereafter interest
may be charged at 3% over the bank rate on such accounts, which will be calculated
from the due date, Recovery process will be commenced without notice. All costs
incurred by any debt collecting agency will be debited accordingly. All returns
must be authorised. A 10% handling charge will be deducted from any credit on
unauthorised returns. Personal orders from consumers have a seven working day
cooling off period when such orders may be cancelled. It should be noted that
the costs of carriage for goods returned due to such cancellation must be borne
by the consumer. IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT worn, printed, embroidered or otherwise
processed or personalised goods, and those made to the consumer's specification,
CANNOT be returned. Delivery: All goods are offered subject to availability.
delivery of goods will be deemed to take place at the company's premises unless
otherwise agreed. Every effort will be made to deliver goods on time but no responsibility
can be accepted for late or non delivery. Claims for non delivery must be supported
by the carrier's consignment or proof of delivery note on which the goods have
been signed for as unchecked, short or damaged as appropriate. Specification:
Sizes, measurements and descriptions of goods are for guidance only & the company
cannot guarantee absolute consistency of size, material, proportion, colour or
shade. All products supplied should be washed or cleaned strictly in accordance
with the washing instructions supplied on the garment label. Worn, printed, embroidered
or otherwise processed or personalised goods cannot be returned. All sales are
final, the company does not trade on a "sale or return" basis. A full set of these
